    Hours

    Meals and times:
    breakfast: from 07:30 to 10:00;
    lunch: from 12:30;
    dinner: from 19:30;

    Possibility of overnight stay in bed & breakfast, half board, and full board.

    Cancellation or booking modification conditions:

    In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained or refunded for a future stay only if the room(s) can be resold by the Hotel for the same number of people and for the entire booked period; otherwise, the hotel will be forced to retain the deposit. Any change regarding arrival date, departure date, or number of guests authorizes the Hotel management to charge the corresponding differences to the customer. In case of late arrival and/or early departure, all booked days will be charged. Services not used, particularly meals not consumed, are not refundable. By paying the deposit, the general booking conditions and in particular the cancellation policy are considered fully understood and legally accepted.

    Booking and payment methods:

    Upon booking confirmation, a deposit is required. It can be sent in three ways: 1. Postal money order addressed to: Albergo Colombo, Via Don Bosco 3, 23020 Caspoggio, Sondrio; 2. Bank transfer to Banca Popolare di Sondrio, IBAN: IT53T0569652120000005218X21, indicating the name of the person making the booking; 3. Cash After the bank transfer, a copy of the receipt must be sent by email.

    Balance (upon departure):

    Payment can be made in cash, personal cheques, Visa, Mastercard, or debit card.
